Reports tab – Specifications

The Reports tab page displays two sub-tabs listing all assets and inventory items that have been associated with this specification.

The default report displays—which may have been changed by your organization—include the following:

• Assets — Lists Asset ID and Name, current specification readings (text, date, and / or numeric), and max / min settings if applicable.

• Items — Lists Item ID and Name, and current specification readings (text, date, and / or numeric).

To open the record of a displayed asset or item, click the row. The record opens in a new window. Features on this page also allow you to print, export, or email the displayed data, refresh the displayed results, and modify the configuration of the display.
